Asunto: Vacancy for Seconded National Expert (END) in DG Energy, unit B.4 (energy security)
Dear Members of the Electricity Coordination Group (limited to public authorities),
As mentioned already at the ECG yesterday under AOB, I would like to inform you that we have an up-coming vacancy for a Seconded National Expert (SNE / END) in DG Energy (unit B.4) to strengthen our team responsible for developing and implementing energy security policies, in particular security of gas and electricity supply, protection of critical energy infrastructure and cooperation with the defence sector.
The vacancy notice (please see attached in EN, FR and DE) is in the process of being published via the respective Permanent Representations with an application deadline of mid-September (the precise end date for applications may vary slightly depending on the Member State, so any interested candidate should please verify the official indications by your respective PermRep).
So may I kindly ask you to consider, please, whether this vacancy notice may be interesting for you and/or whether it would be useful for you to forward it to possible candidates in your Ministries or National Regulatory Agencies? (For your info: I’ve circulated this message also to the energy attachés and to Member State representatives in the Gas Coordination Group.)
